Rooted Workforce LLC started with a simple problem that became a much bigger idea.

As a stay-at-home mom, I was grateful for the opportunity to be present for my family, but I also understood what it felt like to no longer have a personal income. I wanted a way to contribute financially, continue growing professionally, and build something meaningful, without sacrificing the flexibility my family needed.

That’s when I realized I couldn’t be the only mom feeling this way.

There are incredibly talented, motivated, and hardworking mothers who have valuable skills to offer but need opportunities that fit into their lives. Becoming a mother doesn’t take away your ambition, experience, or potential. And choosing to stay home with your children shouldn’t mean having to give up your financial or professional goals.

That realization became Rooted Workforce LLC.
