Rooted Workforce LLC was founded from a personal experience that so many women understand.

As a stay-at-home mom, I knew how important it was to be present for my family, but I also understood the challenges that can come with stepping away from a traditional career, including losing a source of personal income.

I began looking for a way to build something that would allow me to contribute financially without sacrificing the flexibility my family needed. Along the way, I realized I wasn’t the only mother looking for that opportunity.

There are talented, motivated, capable women everywhere who have valuable skills to offer but need work that fits into their lives, not lives that have to be completely rearranged around work.

That’s why I created Rooted Workforce LLC.

Our mission is to connect businesses with dependable remote talent while creating flexible earning opportunities for mothers who want to contribute financially, develop professionally, and build something of their own.

Motherhood doesn’t erase ambition. Staying home to raise a family doesn’t diminish a woman’s skills, potential, or ability to succeed.
